Peppermint Bark Popcorn

I generally find peppermint bark cloying (white chocolate is for rugrats and pre-diabetics). However, made with real chocolate, drizzled on popcorn, and finished with sea salt, I think it could be just right.

This was also a hit for Christmas gatherings and so easy to make!

Of course I would use a gin bottle instead ;)
